In the following terms and conditions, “the photographer/ us” shall mean Trebon Photographic Designs trading as Lighthouse Fashion Photography.
1.1 Copyright
The rights in material on this site are protected by our copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights. "Right clicking" or Screen printing" of images are highly prohibited. 1.2 - Full worldwide copyright to images remains with us and we reserve the right to use images undertaken by us for our business promotions/marketing. 1.3 - Digital files supplied retain our Copyright and permission must be requested for any commercial use unless prior agreements had been made. Credits must also be stated when used. Digital files may have our logo if license fee was not purchased, you are NOT permitted to edit or crop images without our logo on display. Prints supplied are licensed to buyer and may not have our logo on them, hence any duplications, enlargements, scans or similiar actions are highly prohibited.2.1 Booking
Your appointment with us will be guaranteed on receipt of a deposit / signed contract.
3.1 Payments
Payment can be made with a cheque, cash, bank transfer or PayPal* (*3% admin fee aplies). Deposits are non-refundable. Payments are required no later than 30days of final invoice. Late payment fee may apply in accordance to "The Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act 1998".4.1 Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to book you for a future date but under no circumstances shall we refund a deposit UNLESS cancellation was due to our fault. Management has the rights to cancel any on-going promotions at any given time.5.1 Force Majeure
In the unlikely event beyond the photographer's control owning to an accident, sudden illness or victim of crime, or fire. Your appointment may be cancelled, and refund will be paid in FULL if required. Cost involved in staging the shoot or event will not be incurred by the photographer. Size of prints supplied may vary from International Standards (ISO), please request size details if in doubt.6.1 Complaint
If you have any reason for a complaint, this must be done in writing within seven days of receiving your product(s) or service(s).These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. You will be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions (as amended) when you next use our service(s).
